Oh, and I shot a short yesterday. It was quite fun but we made a very amateurish mistake - shooting in the afternoon in the winter. If you'd see the short you'll know why.

I'm just getting the final details sorted for a shoot I'm doing this weekend (15/16Th Nov).

It's called "Dead Stoned", and is a short about a bunch of pot-smoking lads that get slaughtered. Yup, it's a zombie film! (Groan), but I'm just making it for a bit of fun!

I'll be taking loadsa stills using my new digital camera (still, not DV), and I'll get a website together sometime after post!

Also writing (as always) a few other shorts, and setting up a co-production company with a new colleague!

I'll post my results next week!

For a start, returning to this board after about a year away. I'm utterly amazed that my login still works.

As for movie-makin', I've just edited a series of music videos for British wrestling promotion, the FWA. One of which is here and had over 2000 downloads in its first week online [img]rolleyes.gif[/img] !

I've also shot a behind-the-scenes documentary for a music video by the band Jezebel (featuring Eileen Daly of Razorblade Smile fame) which needs editing, a documentary on my friend's wrestling training which also needs editing and short film "The Memory Man" which was entered into the JVC Tokyo Video Festival.

I'm currently in pre-production on my first pop promo for the band Hedroom (Rage Against The Machine+Black Crowes lead singer+saxophone+bags of energy=Hedroom about sums them up) and I'm talking to Citizen Smithabout directing some promos and shorts for them.

Dunno why anyone would care but...

Two 15 minuter's, one about an egg killer and one about two internet serial killer's accidentally meeting up, both edited in such away that they resemble dreams.
I'm also working on the sound track to the latter having completed the former, and am writing the script and casting for my first horror film.
Any tips on originality for this? Sure, ive supplied some basic twists and turns, such as establishing heroes then slaughtering them, but it still seems to reek of your average cliche.
Any tips would be appreciated...i can post some screen play or the plot if it would help
